You can make your complaint in writing. You can use our complaint form for this purpose. As soon as we receive the completed form, we will deal with your complaint. We will contact you to discuss how we will deal with your complaint.
Dear sir or madam,
You may have heard in the news that GP care is increasing and staffing levels are decreasing. As a result, our assistants are very busy. We therefore have to make choices to continue providing good care.
From Tuesday 22 April 2025, we will be otherwise available by phone. You can call us between 08:00 and 12:00 and between 13:00 and 15:00.
Is there urgent? Then you can call us as always between 08:00 and 17:00. Then choose option 1 in the menu.
