At the time you want to request a consultation, you can call us between 08:00 - 12:00. You can also call us to request a home visit, a telephone consultation and for other general questions to the assistant.
All consultations - including those with the doctor's assistants - are by appointment. When making an appointment, 15 minutes are reserved. If the appointment is not urgent, the assistant will sometimes suggest you come later in the week. Do you think you need more time or are you coming with more than one person? Please let us know when making an appointment.
When you call for an appointment or visit, the doctor's assistant will ask you some questions about the reason for your visit; this is called triage. She does this to assess whether there is an emergency situation and how much time you need. The questions she asks ensure that you receive the right assistance at the right time by the right person.
If you do not show up for your appointment, we will charge you a fee.
In case of urgency: select 1 in the drop-down menu.
