All consultations - including those with the doctor's assistants - are by appointment. An appointment usually lasts 15 minutes. Do you think you need more time? Or are you coming with several people? If so, tell us when making the appointment. If it is not urgent, the assistant may suggest coming later in the week.
In case of emergency: choose 1 in the automated phone menu.
Make an appointment by phone
You can call us at 020 – 643 01 30 from Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 12:00. During this time, you can also request a telephone consultation, a home visit, or ask the assistant a question. When you call, the assistant will ask a few questions about your symptoms — this is called triage. It helps the assistant assess how urgent your situation is, how much time is needed, and who can help you best.
Making an appointment via the patient portal
You can also make an appointment online through our patient portal. This can be done at any time of the day. An online appointment is possible only for non-urgent complaints. Are you in a state of urgency or in doubt? Then always call the practice.
If you do not show up for your appointment, we will charge you a fee.
Dear sir or madam,
You may have heard in the news that GP care is increasing and staffing levels are decreasing. As a result, our assistants are very busy. We therefore have to make choices to continue providing good care.
From Tuesday 22 April 2025, we will be otherwise available by phone. You can call us between 08:00 and 12:00 and between 13:00 and 15:00.
Is there urgent? Then you can call us as always between 08:00 and 17:00. Then choose option 1 in the menu.
We hope for your understanding.
Sincerely,
The team at GP practice Randwijck
