Ordering repeat medication
Repeat medication is medication that you take on a daily basis, or that your GP allows you to reapply for recurring symptoms. The last prescription should not be older than one year. Is the prescription older? Then you should contact the doctor's assistant first.
Note: Has a medical specialist (e.g. at the hospital) prescribed your medication? Then the hospital will arrange your repeat prescriptions.
Request medicines at Zonnestein Pharmacy or Randwijck Pharmacy Service Point
Are you a customer at Apotheek Zonnestein or Apotheek Servicepunt Randwijck? Then request your repeat medication via the pharmacy's portal: the Service Pharmacy App. This portal is for ordering medicines only.
Download the Service Pharmacy app from the App Store or from Google Play.
Do you use another pharmacy?
Do you use a pharmacy other than Apotheek Zonnestein or Apotheek Servicepunt Randwijck? Then request your repeat medication via our patient portal.
Do you have a question about your repeat medicines?
Do you have a question about your medication, e.g. its use, dosage or side effects? Then you can ask them via the patient portal Your Care Online. Your question will go directly to your GP.
